Hopefully you're all well and fit and keen to get paddling again! We've been here before but please spend 1 min reading to refresh yourself on the procedures for TMOCC under COVID Alert Level 2.
Level 2 limits group gathering to 100 persons outdoors and 50 people indoors.
Disinfectant Cleaning is now resuming At the end of a training using the sprayer provided please disinfectant everything you touch including:
We already have a sign in sheet at the shed and everyone (each individual) who enters the shed or uses equipment needs to sign it – needs date, time, first and last name and what canoe you paddled in. Also note we have added a phone number column for the phone that is taken on the waka. We are asking that all waka take at least one communication device whilst out on the water. Phone bags are available and you can tuck the phone into the front or back of a lifejacket Direct from the COVID Website: Mandatory record keeping comes into effect from 11:59 pm on 7 September 2021. Everyone aged 12 and over legally must keep a record of where they have been when visiting certain places so contact tracing can happen quickly. You must do this at all Alert Levels. The club has a COVID tracer code on the door and table. A really important part of level 2 and 1 is contact tracing. If we do have a positive case, we need to be able to quickly and correctly trace all contacts. Please remember all training's MUST be booked via Liz Webster (Bookings Officer)- well in advance (not 1 hour before or 5mins before or after ) - this is also part of our contact tracing Cheers TMOCC Executive and Health and Safety Committees Comments are closed.
